Tenshi - No Frontiers (2CD Compilation with lots of new tracks -prog/electro/techno)

finally a new promo mix by me! the last "real" one was about a year ago - didn't post it here though

so yesterday and today i decided to mix a 2 cd compilation for myself and some friends - but i also want to share it with you! CD1 is more chilled, while CD2 carries some party vibe with it! commented on every track if you read further!

tracklists

CD1

01 Jay Lumen - Arrival [Baroque]
02 Quivver - Surin [BozBoz]
03 Nosmo - Headache [Aurium]
04 StereoK - Talk Talk (Pete Lunn Remix) [Carica Deep]
05 Soliquid - Rusty Tears [Baroque]
06 The Hamptons - Too Much [Audio Logic]
07 Ben Brown - Calm Down (Christopher Norman's Xanax Mix) [Audio Logic]
08 Lenny Fontana & Mike Morin - Brooklym Medlom (Tim Davison Remix) [Mashtronic]
09 Kosmas Epsilon - Soho [Soho Music Movement]
10 The Hamptons - Don't Know Any Better [Audio Logic]
11 Sasha - Who Killed Sparky? [emFire]
12 Apparat - Arcadia (Telefon Tel Aviv Remix) [Shit Catapult]
13 Sentrafuge - No Words [Plastic Park]
14 Ohma - I'm Lost [Cyber Records]
15 Duotone - Solace [Deep Focus]
16 Arnej - People Come, People Go [Pilot 6 Recordings]

Jay Lumen - Arrival: It's always difficult for me to find a suitable intro track when compiling a mix i want to burn on cd and give away later...a few weeks ago this nice little tool found the way too me...maybe it's a bit cheesy but i think it's quite short and a good start to the cd

Quivver - Surin: TUNE ALERT! probably my fav. progressive tune in 2008 until now! great beats and and awesome melody which blends nicely into the start tool! if you like your progressive melodious this is a must have!

Nosmo - Headache: Forthcoming on Aurium - groovy beats combined with an awesome trancy break and nice vocal pieces - love it

StereoK - Talk Talk (Pete Lunn Remix): this tune is quite hard to mix and make it sound good, but i think i managed it! nice synths and awesome melodies!

Soliquid - Rusty Tears: Soliquid has managed it to combine progressive and trance so you can play it as well in trance and prog house sets - melody overload in this one!

The Hamptons - Too Much: AWESOME!! this must sound huge on a great club system! very evil melody in this one!

Ben Brown - Calm Down (Christopher Norman's Xanax Mix): Audio Logic is probably THE hot new label in 2008 - the next ben brown single underlines this! usually i'm not a fan of retrobyte but this mix is so bouncy with a feel-good melody!

Lenny Fontana & Mike Morin - Brooklym Medlom (Tim Davison Remix): Tim Davison always delivers the groove! great danceable material!

Kosmas Epsilon - Soho: This track proves once more that kosmas is probably the best producer from greece - and this isn't easy with competition like dousk and christian cambas! melodious prog house at its best!

The Hamptons - Don't Know Any Better: The Hamptons once again! this may sound a little Deadmau5'ish but it's clearly better than any of his productions! this melody will be stuck in your head for a while!

Sasha - Who Killed Sparky?: Probably the best single on emfire up to now! this one builds and buils and releases so much energy in the last 2 minutes!

Apparat - Arcadia (Telefon Tel Aviv Remix): A Monster! Telefon Tel Aviv turned an already good original track into somethin out of this world! awesome vocals!

Sentrafuge - No Words: Brings down the energy level a bit - nice trancy break!

Ohma - I'm Lost: Loved this one on the latest nick warren gu - never really mixed this in one of my sets but it fitted nicely in!

Duotone - Solace: You can clearly hear that this mix will come to an end soon - this track relies on a somewhat minimal drum structure and layers a nice melody over it!

Arnej - People Come, People Go: Kind of an encore - didn't do much, except lifting the fader in the outro of Solace - worked out nice!

CD2

01 James Zabiela - Human (Intro Version) [Renaissance]
02 Sam Ball - Yello [Urbantorque]
03 KOS - Zero To Hero [Familia Recordings]
04 Paul Thomas & Mike Smyth - The Grudge (Fine Taste Remix) [Baroque Limited]
05 Par Grindvik - Do Us Part (Len Faki Remix) [Drumcode]
06 Fergie - Annon [Excentric Muzik]
07 Sennh - I Am With You [Traum]
08 Mark Mendes - Beneath You [Starter Records]
09 Mike Monday - Zum Zum (Audiojack Remix) [Great Stuff]
10 Tomcraft - Boogie Nights (Lützenkirchen Remix) [Great Stuff]
11 Umek - Carbon Occasions [Earresistible Musick]
12 Steve T - There Were Lights (Moonbeam Remix) [EQ Grey]
13 Underworld - Beautiful Burnout (Mark Knight Remix) [UnderworldLive]
14 Rejected - Let's Go Juno [Rejected]
15 FC Kahuna - Hayling (Kosmas Epsilon Remix) [Not On Label]
16 D-nox & Beckers - Shanghigh (Peter Jürgens Remix) [Electribe]
17 Phil Kieran - Again & Again [Flying Cabbage]

James Zabiela - Human (Intro Version): I know this track is played to death until now, but i used only the first 30 seconds on it's own...

Sam Ball - Yello: The latest Sam Ball on Urbantorque is a classy track...groovy as hell and when the melody hits you you'll go nuts for sure!

KOS - Zero To Hero: The Bassline in this one surely gets the floor moving! never heard of kos before that track, but this tune made me currious of his others...

Paul Thomas & Mike Smyth - The Grudge (Fine Taste Remix): This time fine taste didn't do a 08/15 electro mix, but produced a groovy progressive houser which belongs on a packed dancefloor.

Par Grindvik - Do Us Part (Len Faki Remix): Faki brings some techno vibes into the mix - just love that bouncy bassline

Fergie - Annon: He produced some nice tracks in the near past - maybe annon gets old fast but i think it contributed well here!

Sennh - I Am With You: My fav. Traum release from last year! the best mixture of techno and melodies i heard in a long time!

Mark Mendes - Beneath You: a former beatport number one! it's a nice techno cut which combined with i am with you goes on step further - didn't think the long number 1 position was justified though...

Mike Monday - Zum Zum (Audiojack Remix): Audiojack surely have their own style! this time it's less banging - still love it - nice use of the effects!

Tomcraft - Boogie Nights (Lützenkirchen Remix): Now this bassline gets you moving! lützenkirchen delivers again!

Umek - Carbon Occasions: Overlooked this track when it first came out! this melody doesn't let you go once you're into it!

Steve T - There Were Lights (Moonbeam Remix): Moonbeam brings the energy level a step down with a nice progressive take on Steve T and makes a transition into...

Underworld - Beautiful Burnout (Mark Knight Remix): For me this mix is just as good as the original! gotta love the vocals and atmosphere in it!

Rejected - Let's Go Juno: Groovy! i know it's already a few months old but i can't help myself - this track just rules!

FC Kahuna - Hayling (Kosmas Epsilon Remix): Probably one of my fav. remixes ever and surprisingly it mixed quite well from the Rejected tune!

D-nox & Beckers - Shanghigh (Peter Jürgens Remix): The Original was nice, but this remix is even better! if you liked love it than you'll also love this!

Phil Kieran - Again & Again: The latest Phil Kieran worked nice as a closer! well done mixture of progressive and techno - this guy surely knows how to deliver!

Just downloaded the first disc, will give it a listen later. Do you happen to have a cue sheet for both discs? Because that would be awesome!
