Can you start a podcast without a mac comp?

a podcast is just a mp3 with some file attached, which makes it a podcast :P

So you can podcast with any type pc.

I honestly don't know anything more on the subject than stated above. There are websites dedicated to hosting podcasts though. Maybe google a bit?
