Aside from the fact that it runs as if it were created by a 10 year old, my credit card was just charged 3 times for one track, and the download link they gave me went to a blank page.

Regardless of whether or not their customer service department will ever get back to me, I have to say it isn't worth it.

Seems like a good selection of stuff that isn't available anywhere else - unfortunately when something seems to good to be true, it generally is.

Side note: Anyone know where I can get a copy of Ozy - Sequential Dub?

How many times did you hit the refresh or submit button? Are you sure they are not authorizations instead of actual charges? If so, your bank will correct it, it happens on just about every purchase made in the world with a credit card.....

I buy loads of stuff from Trackitdown and I've never ever had a problem.

As I understand it, all of the affiliate stores are simply skinned interfaces of the Trackitdown site so I'm not really sure how DoA could mess anything up, but maybe they've managed to... [email protected] handles all of the affiliate stores so you could ask him if you've got any questions regarding that.

Technical issues do occur from time to time, sometimes it's out of the hands of the webstore - I know a lot of the TID staff and if it is something that's run through their system they'll be more than happy to sort it out for you.

Their website was utter shit, I can't imagine it was just a skinned version of "TrackItDown.net", because TID seems to work, DOA does not - even today.
