Dave Seamen - GU22 Melbourne
Just got this today and I don't think it's all that bad.
Starts off very ambient/tribal to get you in the mood.
But doesn't actually start to pick up until the last half of the second CD.
Not anything absolutely amazing, but a good CD none the less.
I'd give it a 7.5/10.
Any thoughts?

Well I loved it, but I might be a bit biased given where I live.

It's wicked. I heard it in my local student pub, because the manager is into progressive/tribal etc.

I have heard many poor reviews of the GU series but i feel that dave seaman's new release is anything but poor. It has a very nice flow and incorporates a few different styles. I suggest any dave seaman fan to listen to his Essential Mix, Live at Lush on St. Patty's Day. Hands down one of my favorite sets to listen to.

In my opinion i didn't really dig this. The set is too deep and tribal and not much energy in it. Anthony Pappa's 'Resolution' cd is far better than this.

Just got this one today! I like this album... it is something different... the first cd was.. well.. for lack of a better word.. strange. I still enjoyed it but.. well.. lets just say i wouldn't want to listen to any of his 1st cd in a club atmosphere.. now the 2nd cd I could definitly get into.. I like the house style of it.. and the breaks at the end are nice.. I'd pick this one up!
