don't worry, chances are your tracks aren't good enough for somebody established to want to rip them off.

I don't know your tracks, I'm just speaking statistics.

I dnt really know what your worried about. Nobodys going to 'steal' your tracks. lol. Also the best thing you can hope for is scene release!!
If your actually good and making really solid tracks sign with a publishing company.

a collab of mine was gonna be released with them. but we heared some bad stories about them and decided we wanted out. we had not signed any contracts so were perfectly within our rights to cancel proceedings. the owner was very unprofessional towards me. swearing, threatening legal action and all sorts... and he didnt have a leg to stand on seeing as he belived an email was his legal binding contract with us. The idiot had apparently paid some remixers to remix the original, and was annoyed he had lost money on them, but the fact was that he should have had something in writing before doing anything. i heared one rmx that had been done, and it sounded like it had been made using the dance ejay samples and vanguard.
the label always struck me as a no go and id have rather just provided the track for free than let it go there. but in the end we decided to go 'realmusic'. Im glad the whole thing is over and we are now excited about the release with the awsome 'greenspot music' who are doing everything properly instead of doing the realmusic shitbin way.
