So my question is, AMD boards have several that come with onboard HDMI. Anyone know how onboard graphics & such relates to dvd quality and screen quality for movie watching? I really won't need it for anything more than watching movies, so gaming is not really an issue... |
It's better to get an seperate HDMI outlet and that's from a graphics card. There has been issues with functionality with onboard HDMI due to GPU/PCI-Ex16 slots. Some of them don't communicate well. Most Nvidia 9800's & up & most ATi 3870's & up models do have native HDMI outlet.
