Here's Your Chance To DEFINE Your Studio

The MV-8800 isn't just a drum machine, its a synth, it's a mixer, it's a sampler, and it can even burn a high-quality CD of your work. Sadly one of these mammoth beasts is leaving its first and only owner, and it's doing so in A+ form.

I've upgraded the sound bank for you and all, and when you get this machine you'll see why that was so important. This badboy is fully expandable (upgrades simplistic) and with the new MV KIT EDITOR just released weeks ago you can make your own patches from any sound extremely easy. Want to sample Movie/TV sounds from home and turn them into top-notch samples for the MV-8800 to chew up and spit into the face of your local audience?? Just plug a standard audio cable from the MV to TV, press 'sampling' and your there!

Like I said, this producdt is in perfect condition and now is the time to jump on a deal!

Might want to look a little deeper at the features. This is by no means a meager "midi controller".....this is an all-in-one production studio. Sampler, Synthesizer, Mixer, Midi/Audio Recorder, hell you can even plug an instrument (or mic) into an audio jack, record your instrument's performance and then go nuts with the MV's effects panel and create some nutty ass sounds.

If you were to want to create your very own sounds with this machine you could go all out. I find that creating the best patches you can are what make this machine thrive though.

I think what he meant was that you can do all of that with a computer and midi controller. (hence, So its an old version of a midi controller... gotcha)

It's actually roland's attempt to cross a DAW with a portastudio. Good if you are not really computer user and prefer hardware, but not really good if you already have a DAW or are software based.

Delete this and move it to the 'for sale' section.

Yeah, its aimed more towards the producer who is looking for an "All-In-One" bundle. If RZA (Wu-Tang) uses it on the regular I'd say its damn capable. I know he used it on numerous tracks on their previously released 8 Diagrams. The sequencer in it isn't bad at all. Most hardware devices don't have a sequencer of these kinds of capabilities, quantize, tweaked-effects, etc. Plus its sampling options are pretty cool too.

I've gotta get rid of it for a couple different reasons, one namely being the fact that i'm in the bank over 3 grand and will be paying off this very purchase for quite some time....

Ya live and ya learn. Hopefully I can make someone happy w/ this one
