Yes I do enjoy the whole idie-scene-electronic movement to a certain degree. Calvin Harris is actually a great producer, just the songs that he sings him self kind of suck. I only like "The Girls".

I cannot stand Chromeo, and they're complete assholes to boot. MSTRKRFT isn't bad, but I prefer Simian Mobile Disco. SMD does what Justice and MSTRKRFT do, but they do it much muuuch better. They just have something about them.

The indie dance scene in general is pretty annoying, there are a select few that do fantastic stuff...it's just hard to find the quality.

Who are Master Kraft?

Do they beat everyone on IFC when Macaroni & Cheese is the special ingredient or something

MSTRKRFT!

I'm into the more 80's electronic sounding guys instead of the more rock-oriented stuff.

Soulwax/2MANYDJS doesn't really do it for me; but give me Chromeo, Lifelike, Fred Falke, Cut Copy, Knightlife, Anoraak, Xinobi, etc any day of the week

Actually making a nice mix including that stuff sometime next week.

Speaking of indie/electronic, that Midnight Juggernauts album is great.

MSTRKRFT is decent, but Simian Mobile Disco is far better (pretty much what Bas said).

Outside of that, it's all shit. I'm sick of it.

SMD does well (though their latest comp shows them veering more and more tech house instead of indie/rocktronica) and MSTRKRFT is okay.

But overall, the Steve Aokiness of it gets to be a bit of a drag. I can bosh to it in small doses, but that's about it.
