Recording A Mix To Comp...

What is the best software to do this? Have the input and everything coming through fine but what is the best software to burn mixes with?

What do you want to do? Just record it? Clean it up? Manipulate the sound in any way? Burn to CD?

There are a range of programs from Audacity (free) to things like Sony's Soundforge ($100s)... Just depends what you really want to do, and at what price.
