Technical Support Consultant (Multiple positions)
This is a unique opportunity to join the CGI team located in Montréal. CGI is offering a position just for your needs:
Permanent or Temporary
Full time or Part time
We are offering a dynamic environment located downtown Montreal and competitive remuneration. We are also offering great social benefits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work in a technical support center in order to provide telephone assistance to corporative clientele
• Record incidents reported by clients, support the client through the problem resolution process
• Escalate the incident to a higher level, if applicable
• Work in close collaboration with specialised technical teams.
Specific training to CGI will be provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
• College diploma (DEC or AEC)
• Experience in a technical support center and customer service
• Basic knowledge of computer science
• Bilingual (French and English), oral and written is mandatory, Spanish is an asset
• Proven team player, dynamic, autonomous and resourceful
• Various positions available (day, nights, week-ends).
GREAT ASSETS:
• Good knowledge of operating systems Windows NT and XP
• Good knowledge in networking
• Good grasp of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Customer service oriented.
