This has nothing to do with electronic music but I might as well ask you guys.
I am thinking of making a trip this winter to MT. Tremblant to snowboard. I am wondering what is the best time to go for a 3 day trip?
Should I go in November - December or in February when I have reading week. I wanna go when its not extremely busy but I want to be able to have fun at night, bars and pubs etc.
Also where would you guys recommend to stay???
Any info is greatly appreciated

I'm from Mont-Tremblant and worked there few years so I can for sure answer your question.
If your reading week is the last week of February, don't go there. It's crazy because it's everyone's reading week.
There's the "Washington Week" also. I don't recall when it is but I think it's the beginning of Feb.
November is a bit too soon if you wanna have a good time on the mountain. I mean, there are tracks open but it's not at its best. I would say that the best time to go there is beginning of December or end of January. Other than that, Christmas and New Years Eve attract A LOT of people.
Hope that helps.

Everything he said is 100% right. Avoid Tremblant like the plague when it's busy, unless you like waiting 1 hr in the lineups. What a nightmare
If you have a choice, go during the week as well. Sun-Wed kinda thing, and it'll be a lot less busy than a Fri-Sun.
The nightlife is "decent". There's a couple bars and decent restos, but nothing like Montreal obviously.

"Le Ptit Cariboux" is probably one of the best club at the Station. Other than that, you can go to "Moulin Rouge" in St-Jovite but this is 15min by car from the Station.
Don't expect Trance to be played there haha it's all clubs
But you will have a greet weekend, of that I'm sure. Tremblant is so nice...I miss my hometown

Hi there... if you want the maximum of trails open and good snow condition, i'd say end of january / beginning of february. It's true you need to avoid school holidays and week-ends, if possible.
