There are loads of eqs that have that, but I personally can recommend apeq. Itīs simply a brilliant eq, and sounds really good. Itīs my go-to plugin for it all. Cheap too.

If you select the 1P highpass filter, you need to enable 4x stack for it to be 24db/oct, as the filter is 6db/oct by default.

If you use the 2P lowpass, you just enable 2x stack, since itīs 12db/oct. Up to 4x stack means 48db/oct.

The 2P filter enables you to have a resonance curve, which can be useful.

First hit on Google:
http://www.apulsoft.ch/apeq/

Are you looking for a paid EQ or a free one?
Don't forget you can also use a filter for that task.

I changed my message while you were typing
You can also use a filter to highpass what you need.
For both (EQ and filter) have a search on www.kvraudio.com though, you'll more then likely will find what you need.
