alright, I started this brutal electroish track for a friend... its a remix of david banner - play. here is a WIP: [[ LINK REMOVED ]]


I am not experienced with this genre at all so I need a few pointers. Also I would like someone with decent monitors to check if the bass range is alright. and of course any other thoughts :P

haha sounds cool man! bassline is cool, has good variations & what not but thats really all the track has. time for more.

I think it sounds pretty good. The bassline is really nice
Only heard on headphones though.

If I were u, I would keep it rather simple and put the focus on the bassline instead.
Im not a big fan of the voice but it fits the song and bass good.

thanks guys. I think the track will stay pretty minimal, and short. and actually I dont like the original track at all.

one thing.. I am a bit worried if the kick needs more power in the low end. This is always someting I dont trust my speakers on. Sometimes the kick sounds nice here but gets lost on a large system.
