Need to have output of traktor running through windows media player

Ok so heres my problem:

I want to use a very nice visauliser for windows media player called acidwax yet I also want to beatmatch stuff on traktor at the same time. Obviously the sound only needs to only come out of one of them and it'll just come out traktor. Now I'm thinking the way to do this might be, since traktor has broadcasting capabilities, to broadcast the stream to myself (possibly over the net if its not possible otherwise, bitrate doesn't really matter if the outputs coming through traktor, more just the timing of the loud bits) and get windows media player to listen in on that stream (with the sound turned off, just for the visualisation).

So end result=traktor playing music out speakers, duplicate of music going to windows media player and being used for visualisation, but silenced= I get to beatmatch and have fancy visualisations at the same time?

Any idea's how exactly I might do this, I don't really have a website so direct ip better be possible, and I'm pretty sure it is. General comments/ideas?

I know that on Winamp, you can say "Open Location" and set the "location" to:

linein://

...and it will then react to your line-in input (this is how I do Shoutcast). Perhaps a similar thing exists for WMP (or, perhaps, there's a suitable WinAmp plugin you'd be willing to use).

By an application, what it actually means is any application with support for selecting what output to use. Traktor won't output to it... let alone how I'm going to get it into windows media player.

Looks like I will still have to try and stream it to myself. afaik thats the only way to get real time content into windows media player.

Acidwax is windows media player only.
