They are, it's part of their Beatport 4.0. The samples went from 64 kbps to 92 kbps.

samples aren't instantaneous anymore for me, i'm in australia. i'm thinking they need to work on their servers.

it's very annoying clicking and having to wait for a sample to load, takes me forever to browse for stuff now

i find it funny how 5 of the 10 tracks in the top 10 have blatantly uncleared/unlicensed samples from really popular songs.
