Yes, it varies quite a lot. I live in a relatively safe area, but I wouldn't feel nearly as safe as I do here if I lived in a neighbouring city.

yes. chances of getting cut/shot/robbed/raped in regions closer to Russia or Crimea (south eastern) are much higher than in those closer to Poland. also, the cities are many times safer than suburbs and small towns. crazy rednecks are beyond human logic

Man i am from guatemala and there used to be crime there back in the day. But now its gotten soooooo bad. Crime has gone up so much, there is always murders and robbings and kidnappings.... it sucks
