Quelques mots sur Nick Curly…
Nick Curly s’est projeté sur la scène en 2008 avec une série de parutions sur les étiquettes Cecille, 8Bit, murmur et Supernature - les EP’s Dubnoise (Cecille) et Television (H&G) ayant particulièrement attiré l’attention des grands. Voulant pousser les limites, il fonde l’étiquette Cecille avec son accolyte Marc S et 8bit Records avec son ami Gorge. En signant des artistes tels SiS, Johnny D, Audiofly, Peace Division, Lemos et Kreon, Nick dévoile non seulement son goût indiscutable pour la musique de qualité mais classe aussi ses étiquettes parmi les plus respectées. Ses titres sortis sur ses propres labels attirent définitivement l’attention et il signe bientôt sur Liebe*Detail, Get Physical, Mobilee et Four Twenty qui sont attendus avec impatience. Mais la plus grande nouvelle de toutes est son premier album qui, naturellement sortira sur Cecille Records au printemps 2009.

About Nick Curly…
As one of the main protagonists behind the so-called Mannheim sound, Nick has exploded on to the scene in 2008 with a string of releases on Cecille, 8Bit, murmur and Supernature - with the recently released ‘Dubnoise’ EP and ‘Television’ in particular, proving absolutely huge with DJ’s around the world. Not content with simply making great music, together with his friends Marc S he runs the label Cecille Records, and with DJ Gorge the label 8Bit. Nick has developed a talent as a taste-maker and overseen an amazing year for his labels as releases from the likes of Johnny D, SiS, Audiofly, Peace Division, Lemos and Kreon have propelled many of these artists on to the global stage. His work on his own labels as caught the eye of many and as a result the next months hold in store output on Liebe*Detail, Get Physical, Mobilee and Four Twenty. In the biggest news of all, his debut album on, naturally, Cecille Records is due to hit in spring 2009.
