Voice for Beautiful

Does anyone know what voice effect to use to get a voice like the gils voice in Beautiful by Ferry Corsten?
I hear a vocoder but its just so clear when she says it. I have a vocoder and i can get my voice almost the same way as that, but the only problem is, the words are barely understandable.
did he perhaps double the voice?

Try mixing the dry vocal and vocoded piece together (have them play simultaneously). Hope that helps some.

Thanks for the reply, but i found an easier way. On cubase's built in vocoder, theres an effect called Talk Thru. That basically brings your origional voice in or out to your desired levels. Pretty cool!
