review: Decadence....yikes!

did anyone find a BB in Kool Haus?

not even sure where to begin.

just got home from the Go bus.

I was crowd surfed on, stage dived on, almost lost my shirt...we did loose a phone and made it home in one piece....kinda.

#1.the first 3/4ths of Angello (left for kool haus to see what was going on)
#2/3. toss up between beetroots and crookers
#4 mstrkrft
#5 dekoze in the drink

coolest set: Perry Ferrel

Perry has been DJing for years.

Used to catch him spinning @ Gypsy Co-Op back in the day whenever he was in town.

Ecclectic, fun sets.

wow, what a rediculous night..

Started off Crappy. Main Room diddn't open until 11:05ish? WTFF??? When we got in Tocadisco was spinning to an empty room lol

Anyway, Tocadisco was on fuCking FIre!! Blew us all away! Such a great set from start to finish! Not one bad thing to say about it!

I then headed over to KH for some good old MSTRKRFT. What a fucking SHITSHOW the KH was! Rediculous crowd!!!

Now, i knew what I was getting myself into with the hispters from my previous experiences...but couldn't imagine the KH beeing so crazy.

As Owen already mentioned, people were jumping all over hte place, crowd surfer, running all over the stage, climbing on each other to steal decorations (cardboard lightning bolts) from the roof and shooting them at people, people dressed up as a bunny, a bear wearing a tutu & an elephant dancing and grinding on stage with the dancing girls....and the TUNES were UNBELIEAVABLEEE!!!! Had such a wicked time in there and was destroyed by the time I went back to the Main ROom.

Sharam was okay, nothing special, not that bad, decent. Didn't get me really going and Angello was just as great as always getting the crowd going from the first track!

Great Night overall! Couldn't ask for much better. The only thing was that it seemed to really lack the TA presence, I guess it wasn't for everyone though!

AMAZING PARTY! WOW
Never had so much fun in the main room before.

Tocadisco is my favorite DJ, at least until I get to finally see Sven
super awesome guy in person too.

Best party so far this year <3

Great Night!!! Glad I came...

TOCADISCO is fuckin awesome, everything he played I enjoyed. I wish we could of had more of him for the night, at least I entered when he came on to catch his full set.

KASKADE great as usual, was digging his sound. Only gripe this time with him was when he slowed down near the end, I love those songs (ie 4am etc.) but I was on such a musical high, I wanted the intensity to still stay high. I was hoping he played this his new remix

Steve angello played a version of it to start, but this remix is a lot better IMO.

SHARAM: OH MY GOD DOES THIS GUY SUCK!!! Wow, way to drain any vibe that was created in the main room up to that point. I like that 'you got style' song but as mentioned from there, it was literally 2 hours of nothing. I can only take listening to a drumbeat and hi hat for so long. (I tried to check out drink and orange room for a bit at this point - manzone and strong weren't bad, hit or miss, but I wasn't crazy about the sound in either rooms, especially orange room, it just seemed off to me, and too much high range coming from the speakers.

Steve Angello: I was pretty drained by this point so only stayed for about 30mins of his set. It was ok, i'm sure it probably got better, but i didn't have the energy to find out.

Kool Haus: loved the stage set up, its cool how it completely feels like a concert in there. The sound was totally not my thing though so spent very little time there.
