You might try mounting it with Daemon Tools or breaking it open with an app such as UltraISO.

Take the disk back to the shop you bought it from and demand a refund

if indeed you did purchase it from a shop they should have asked you wahts os your working from.

There is a number of softwares that you can us on a pc to convert a dmg file.

magic iso and deamon as someone magnus says. but you can always trial them to see if they work or not.

But my advice would be go back to where you purchased the disc and tell them your running a pc.They should sort you out with a proper disc.
