The time you spend with clicking with you dick...sorry...mouse, I spend finding the best tracks I want to play. I bet, you all thought 10 years ago you were the king shit, ‘cos you could beat mix on two 1200’s. So that leaves me what? We all do the same thing, right? Play fucking music ‘cos we love it. Don’t give me this shit that you better just beacuse you had $500 to buy a tracktor and spend your empty life trying to learn it. I keep playing my music as I have been, beacuse it works. You know how it is...no need to fix it. Oh yes...I DO appreciate technology. I just do not care much about it, because I think DJ-ing is about finding it in your heart and sould. Remember what Eddie Amador said about house music? DJ-ing is just as simple, but hard to explaing. If you don’t get it than you don’t get it. If you don’t get that you don’t get it. If you don’t get ithan you don’t get it. (that’s your fucking loop right there and it only took me a dell keyboard)

Just a little defensive there, screaming butthurt. His point about people using traktor don't spend as much time finding music is just not logical. If traktor makes it easier, it's probably faster as well, which in the end gives you more time for everything else.

that guy is awesome. i want to buy him drinks for the whole night. djs that entered this hobby in the digital way will probably never understand the old analog beauty. there is something about vinyl that will never be reproduced digitally, like comparing an oil painting to a digitally created "painting". there is a sort of infinite bit rate to analog, there is no bit rate it can be limited to. like light passing through a diamond (or sound passing through a diamond tip record needle). and then two of them beat matched ever so slightly off, adjusting the speed live with the pitch slider instead of pushing the record or touching the platter or spindle, the slight imperfection expressing a human's focus and passion and desire that can be felt through the speakers, sound bouncing around the walls of the room. so romantic! im swooning just thinking about it. (blush)

And people wonder what destroyed trance and EDM in general , everyone is too busy bitching,claiming who is better and generally falling out over all sorts of stupid shit.
I see people falling out over who's sound engine is better , whos DAW is better , Whos VSTi , Synth , turntables , genre , set , computer , life , schedule , house , car , music theory , bassline , percs , melodies , mixing , effects units and whos EP is the best thing since sliced bread.

And while this is going on , in a huge mass brawl on the floor ,Some people are just focusing on the job in hand , to get music to the people and put on good shows with good music no matter how its produced.

And then they wonder how tiesto , deadmau5 , armin and other big names got where they are today.

And the sad fact is?
