I think you have to get under 0.1 seconds average to get turbo-charged cheetah.

If it was 0.15 that would be challenging, but doable. At 0.1 it realistically requires you to hit a couple of 0.000 bugs in an otherwise solid attempt. After getting stuck at 0.13 trying to do it legitimately, I decided to see if there were any easy exploits. There are:
