I don't see them buy individual computer goods that much anymore... only if you have Voodoo or something high-end and in-demand, but otherwise, pawn shops. Used/refurb computer stores tend to sell commercial used goods, like an office's or company's old stock after upgrading. www.factorydirect.ca is a commercial product/liquidator reseller.
You might have some luck at a mom&pop reseller on College near Spadina.
