Thayll, Shepherd and Cameron have all been relatively quiet since the band's break-up, but the three members played a small show at the Crocodile Cafe in Seattle with former Seattle grunge great Tad on vocals, and briefly appeared with Cornell before a Pear Jam concert in October. Nonetheless, reunion talked slipped under the radar (save for this brilliant Onion spoof) until Cornell launched the decade's biggest early news story. So far the band already confirmed West Coast tour dates as of yet unannounced, and may very well be headlining Coachella. Welcome back to grunge, folks.

True. AIC generated much more revenue as a band than Soundgarden ever did.
