location isnt horrible, definitely a slight walk to some places in SoBe but thats what the bus is for!!

Im staying there this year with some friends. I know there is a pool party there on Saturday with decent talent too.

i had friends that stayed there last year and liked it... i stayed at the Mondrian last year which was a block or so away.... it was walkable to the main clubs if you were a guy... its too long a walk for girls in heels

looked into a few of these, most people were asking 2500 plus which is too much!

Stayed there last year and the place was off the chain. It is about ten minutes for a walk to sobe or you can get a cab for real cheap. It is close enough that cabs downtown are only like 20 bucks.

im staying here... hopefully its alright.
