Ugh, the Mouse Has infected junior high kids too, LOL

So as most of you know, I often play electronic music if my students are doing a seat assignment (end of the year, they are doing group activities)
As I put on a set, one of my students says "oh yeah, i like the song by a guy named Deadmau5" I was like, "yeah i don't have any of his stuff, lol."

they're so funny though b/c they'll be like oh you listen to techno and then i have to stop and give them a mini education on the genres of electronic.

lol your tax dollars at work educating the future of america

Hey, at least they got the name of the artist right. Better than hearing: "There is this great NEW song called 'Boys of Summer' by the Ataris!" UGH!

Electronic music was the driving force behind all of my college studying sessions. Get them on the right track early Sarah! They can expand their minds in more ways than one by being introduced to quality EDM at a young age and learn some numbers and equations on the way.

I was so much more concentrated on studying with some headphones and EDM in the library. Completely different experience in the library with the beats as a background. Way more enjoyable
