Help, i just downloaded Safri Duo - Played-a-live
but i can't play it using my Windows Media Player 6.1. Can anyone pls help me cos this is really one of my favourite track!

ummm what does it say when u try to play it?

First, the Windows Media Player attempts to download some codec from microsoft, then this error comes out.

"Cannot open 'E:\Safri_Duo-Played-a-live-Only.mpeg'. Please verify that the path and filename are correct and try again.

Suggestion: Check the web site or content source for information about playing this content."

I have already install DivX3.11, does it matter?

did u like download to ur computer first?
or did u play from the net?!

Do me a favor and find out exactly how many bytes this file is.. Do a search for this file and double check its location.

You could also just try downloading the WinMedia Player 7, but I suspect you need either a new codec that's not on the website or something went screwy on the download...

have u try downloading PowerDvd 3.0 or WinDvd? it work perfectly on for me on that video. it also plays dvd, vcd and most mpegs. u can downloaded from here, http://kickme.to/FOSI/

The file is 54.5MB, is that the correct size?

i have it on cd

weird anyway
Maybe try a better player
such as PowerDVD
WinDVD or other ...?
