I've asked. They said we can't put it in the back, that they can help us bring it down but it has to be taken of the premise right away.
They said it's how they keep the fees down. (I didn't tell him I was only subletting and am not paying any of the condo fees! lol)

Ya, I've joined this website called Freecycle, which is like Craigslist, but all free stuff. I sent them an email asking if I could post an add for an offer even though it won't be given away for a couple of weeks.
