its not that difficult getting deal with Beatport. Make 10 decent tracks and set up a website then email them. problem solved. then continue making 10 decent tracks a month to not loose the contract as they are ditching underground labels. thats the tough part.

That probably won't work. I believe Beatport kicks out all labels that make less than 100$ a month or so (that's before it get's split up to you and Beatport). Especially when you have a bit of a backcatalogue it's hard to get under that amount of sales so you must either really do something wrong or you're just shite.
Any newly launched underground website would probably make less than BP would on these releases they took off their site. Some fairly small players have stopped in the last few years.
