With Halloween among us, I couldnt go without a few darker tunes for this compilation. 3 Colours and Junktion start this off with an amazing prog tune from 2004 called 'Spring Of Day' that has a smooth, pulsating bassline which will surely get the feet shuffling and head grooving if you are not the dancing type. The mix progresses forward with a remix by Cid Inc, which is actually one of my favorites out of the compilation, followed by the menacing, murderous bassline from King Unique with 'Spikes'. As we build and build, the classic 'Activate' from Accessive Rhythm renders the turning point of the mix, a time that is always much better with a nice wait. And then it's over. Markus attempts an old style approach with an amazing trancer, and does a great job with 65.4Hz, which makes way into the dark uplifting, epic 'All We Could', an original of my own. As for classics, this mix is flooded with nostalgia from beginning till end with tracks such as Halcyon (Alex M.O.R.P.H. Remix) and Incolumis' 'One With Sanctuary'.
