A very nice arrangement "How To" for Upliffting trance producers.

I always used to have problems sorting where things came in and out of my tracks and how to assemble a track with loops that I created. I just happened to run across this tutorial today in my quest for an answer on how to start and progress my pads so I thought I would share.

I sort of disagree with the break down part being 32 bars, but thats just my opinion. I feel it takes a bit more then 32 bars to really get the audience lost in melody, but I guess it depends who you are and how many elements you plan to fade in during that time period.

Wish I saw this back when I had majority of my arrangement questions.

Cheers!

References tracks can help you figure this out. Open up the DAW, and write in midi files for every sound.

the ''tune'' so to speak is more often than not created within the first hour of a session, its best to throw down the initial idea while its still hot, start to finish in block form.

you have a beginning and and end

then work in your loop, adding more elements and fusing it into the intial idea

after that the boring part, programming, dynamics, mixdowns

the fun part is the intial buzz of whats being created, always drop it when its hot, otherwise it will get boring and you wil just sit there
