If I was you, I wouldn't make a whole station for all of the items that you have it made for. I would make a TRANSPORTABLE X-stand for my cd/turntables and mixer and then hook the rest up on your desk or something. This way you can move your dj eq to the next party/club that you go to, or at least may dream of going to . I like my decks and mixer high, I have mine set for 94cm on the top of my x stand/bottom of my case and 109cm for the top of my case/decks/mixer. I know it's a bit tall, but I'm also 6'3" (191cm).
I also think that it's a very bad idea to even make room for the speakers, even if it is temporary, the speakers will not only vibrate the whole table you want to build, but you won't be able to hear crap from them! The music will be projected right past you unless you have some increadible ear-foot coordination! Then it will bounce of the walls and you will hear a delayed beat. Get speaker stands and put them infront of you from the begining.
The next, and probably most important part, is to leave room for heat! Your amp will generate a lot ot heat and so you best make extra room and vents with fans for it if you are not going to have a top port (because heat rises) to allow for cooling. Your turntables won't generate that much heat, but you mixer will though, and so you have to allow room for heat dissipation for that also!
I'd suggest you go for something that is on the market already because they have engineered these things into the stand. I was having a problem with getting a stand that could hold my case for my mixer and cd decks, while allowing for me to upgrade my setup with a pair of turntables while not making me buy or build onto my existing stand. I found one with arm bars that extend above the main platform. Check out Quiklok stands! That's the one that I got, and I'm very happy with it!
