In a little dilema,

I am going to Montreal on New Years with me and 4 buddies.. Two of us like house.. The other 3 like hiphop/top 40..

We are all trying to compromise and decide on a club..

We are looking for a place that has hiphop, but also a house room(looking for non-main stream house, preferably tech house)

Any suggestions?

Why don't you break up the evening do both ? There's plenty of cheesey bars that play top 40 and Rap all over the city in regular hours. When they get all wacked...Turn it up a notch and bring them to Stereo. The NU Love party was a lot of fun last year as well. You're in Montreal, enjoy it for the full experience. Better yet...
Tell your friends they suck and bring them to Stereo thinking there was a Rap room.
