IMO Oliver Lieb is the true godfather of progressive trance. The genius basically defines the genre.
He went off trance as so many did citing that it has turned into pop - hed be right. However the stuff he has gone on to make (techno? i guess) has never come close to his heyday trance tunes. So Lieb stopped making the good stuff - however there are now quite a few gems that are around that i reckon the great man would approve of - so ill start
