can't really do much about it. The "s" seems to cause a lot of troubles, but putting the signal through a de-esser (yes, actual piece of equipment!) is usually done in the recording process, not while playing back.
Yup you seem to be the victim of some nasty aliasing. I know the problem. Call tiesto and tell him to record on a softer volume level and use a de-esser

it could be your needles. Its like that on my needles too. I have the stanton 500al's. Im not sure but i think the orfton's are better.

check your needles weight-balance, maybe they are set too heavy, this mostly causes distortion on higher frequencies. Especially with some dirt in the groove...

Yeah, i tried different stylus. but you mean, that stanton needles might just.. not work for that record? seems kinda goofy..

I tried a bunch of different weight and anti-skate settings, from 0.5 to 4.5, nothing changed it.
