This unknown tune is from 2000. I will be very grateful if anybody can help me ID it. I've been told it is DJ Tiesto related however I'm really not sure:

Did you make the youtube video yourself?

See, this track could be from 2001 and it was a promo so it got early radio play in 2000. You have to factor this in, but I am working on it still.

Or it could even be an older track that he just decided to play that night. Maybe 1999.

What does he fully say at 2:50 to 2:55?

I heard this is Gatecrasher but there is something else I can't make out.

Do you know the year you heard the song on? Did you hear it live or from a download?
