Soups and orgies

This thread has nothing to do with orgies, but everything to do with soup.

Man, is there anything better for a hangover [like right now] or a cold than some good, hot soup? Maybe, but I doubt it. What are some of y'all's favorite soups? Let me know. I'll give 'em a shot.

I plan to be hung over often.

For a cold i prefer a tea with a generous amount of honey and rum, and for hangovers a nasty and greasy cheeseburger (or horseburger), the kind you would avoid even under threat of death if you were sober, but when drunk/hangover its better than sex.

EDIT:

Oh yeah, as for soups. Mushroom soup FTW, or a tomato soup with rise also good.

My sister in law makes a lovely french onion soup which I can't get right myself.

I make a good minestrone soup with veggies and pulses

But the winner is my sis-in-laws father's miso soup.

I've tasted 'asian made' miso that wasn't anywhere near as flavoursome as his.

"I’m a dance floor favorite? Great! I would say the passion that I feel for the music I buy and the honesty with how I play it. I play the records I love not the ones that simply work. I’ve never taken the easy music option (which would make me a lot more money by the way) but chosen to push people a little. I try to draw people in a new direction slightly and expand their taste a little more than other DJ’s." - Lee Burridge

I eat soup quite often now. For veggie soups I like a good Minestrone, Tomato Basil, Corn Chowder, or just a regular vegetable soup. When I don't really care if I'm being healthy, I like a nice seafood soup like Lobster Bisque or Clam Chowder.

YES, more alcohol. Fool. Don't judge me, you know it to be true.

But if I must talk about soup, I've always been a fan of basic Miso Soup, it can be made according to taste, but i find that even the basic Miso Soup with nothing added but spring onion and small cubes of Tofu, tastes amazing.

Full of flavour and also light on the stomach, hence why it's an amazing starter and also a good soup to eat whilst hungover
