The thing is if anybody buys that place at the time being which is over $5M, is a fucking retard. The market value of the building is around $850,000. No smart investor will come in and buy a building that is seriously below what is owed on the mortgage.
As for it going to Volume, I have no idea how that is happening since the mortgage has not been paid. Unless they seriously got some dumb fuck with big bucks to come in and pay that $5M. All the people I know with money like that are no where near stupid enough to hop on an investment like that.
Nocturnal can go on pretending shit is all fine and dandy but one day the lies will catch up to them.
This isn't the first time the building was supposed to go up for auction. It was supposed to happen a couple months back but they managed to postpone it through a loophole. Let's not forget that Nocturnal is on and off of no sale lists and they were caught pouring cheap liquor in good bottles.
What's funny is I posted this in another thread and also mentioned this a couple months back, to warn the promoters that do business there because you never know what is going to happen. What really pisses me off, looking out for a promoter doing a massive party with a solid lineup, tells me to take down my post. Why? Are you worried about ticket sales now? If you are you should be. People want to party in a venue that at least looks out for their customers, not a place that charges girls for toliet paper, charges all different prices for the same drinks and scams their customers out of good liquor. Not to mention they have the worst reputation in Miami. Fuck that.
I'm keeping it real and speaking the truth, trying to look out for you event. Do the same so you don't disappoint your customers if this shit goes down on the 10th.
