post a clip and i'll id it. if it has vocals it'll be idable. or at least try and come up with the vocals. sice you said deep dish and monotone male vocals, the song that comes to mind is

16B - Escape (Driving To Heaven) off of deep dish's last GU cd. you might want to try that, but otherwise give some more info cause i don't have the set.
