I admit techno is bloody difficult to split up (espescially Liebing sets), but it doesn't matter if it's a few seconds off. I usually cue trance sets properly but techno sets it usually isn't worth the hassle mate, it'd take ages to work out the changeovers because techno doesn't stick to 32/32 crossovers and often they use more than 2 decks. Also because techno is more dirty (ie the kicks are less 'clean') then it makes it difficult to identify transitions. I don't think you're alone when you say techno is hard to split up!
But if anyone does have cues, do please post em
