its hard to make an honest tracklist of good tunage from 2004 to stand by. But this was a very telling set from that era for me. not so many prog house djs still sharing thier old mixes around here. I for one happen to be in the habit of looking for tunes of that sort to try and re-capture the old-school vibes, but honestly I wish I had actually been there firsthand, and were in the habit of saving such mixes.
Anyhow, the quality was really great, I am looking forward to getting one of those Phillips cd recorders now. Always wanted one. The clarity was amazing, hard to believe those were actual vinyl you were spinning, Great!

Hi mate
thanks for taking the time out to comment Justin and glad to hear you enjoyed the mixes.
For me 1999-2004 were amazing times for quality music, there was tons of great stuff and I was spending a fortune on vinyl every week and I loved every minute of it, then the record shops started closing down slowly but surely (we used to have around 6 places to shop back then and all are now closed) I started to find shopping online far less fun, and more and more crap was getting released as well as even more mediocre stuff, and a lot of DJ's/Producers seemed to be going all out for sounding ''different'' or ''edgey'' but sounding boring and cheesey.
Anyway glad you enjoyed it pal, I will be adding some more mixes soon from around the same time.
Ian
