Anyone recommend a particular one?

Eliptical cross trainer FTW. More efficient way of working out, less impact (trust, your knees will thank you when you hit 40).

Not sure how available it is Europe but the best budget one in the states is the Schwinn 420.

Yeah TranceSpeeder, I'd have to say trust DJ RANN on this one. He knows a lot about impact, and he's on his knees all the time.















































































He is right though. For some reason, I just hate using the eliptical, even though I know it's better for me.

Yea elliptical is definitely the best. Trust me I lost a lot of weight on that thing in a relatively short period of time.
