I remember seeing you at all of the 6 hour sets over the years V and what a bunch of great memories and music. Just thinking back on those unforgetable sets, which we all fell in love with makes me smile. What the hell happened last night? I ended up leaving at 530 for a markus set...never thought that would happen. Yes there was your occasionl good track but nothing too crazy. The first 3 to 4 hours of the set I was barely dancing....such a different sound. Stick to your roots markus!! You might have a ton of new fans with that cheese set but you lost some of your best ones! What a huge disappointment.

I thought he played better than he did last year. I stayed till about 6 AM'ish and around that time he started dropping some older songs and/or more well known tracks like the Alesso remix of Pressure and some remix of Blue Monday. It was getting too much and was getting kinda bored so I left, but I thought overall it was a good vibe with some good songs.

i was completely dumbfounded by his first 2-3 hours. He started playing some darker stuff towards 5am but at that point i had no momentum to stay any longer. I was disappointed.

I went in with absolutely zero expectations, and as a result thoroughly enjoyed my night.

One other thing I wanted to mention was that some of the speakers are way too loud. They seriously need to turn down the highs especially to the right of the stage near the bar... they have two speakers hanging from the ceiling pointing down at a 45 degree angle that sounded like shit.
I did however enjoy the visual feast in the main room with the laser show and screen behind the dj booth. Very nice stuff.
Oh and alot of girls that night compared to the usual sauseeege fest

Thought he played pretty well. It was much too busy for my liking and too cold to escape to the patio for longer than 5 minutes.
I've personally really enjoyed Markus's sound over the last couple of years. I never really liked him when I first heard some sets but he has impressed me a lot since then. I actually quite enjoy the darker side to his sets as they negate the fluffy "hug the room" moments. It has developed into a pretty unique sound and kudos to him for doing that.
I also enjoyed hearing him for longer than 2 hours as it really did give him a chance to take that crowd on a bit of a journey.
Only downside is coat check losing my coat for the first time in 10 years. The guy goes to me "what brand is it"...my response "the walmart $40 brand".
oh and then the car alternator died on the gardiner near islington. I had a long, coatless, cold wait for CAA to show up. oh well...
