▶ OUR HISTORY

February of 2009 this online underground radio station hosted mixes and tracks by local & international talent, then streamed the mixes 24/7 via a live broadcast. Underground-Radio also toured the northeast rave scene documenting the events with photographs and videos. Having a gigantic web presence this project grew in popularity quickly and received support from Knowledge, Omar Sanata, Rob Gee, StellerDream, Mike Charles, DJ Illusion, RaversOnly, NYCRavers, Integrity, CandyKid and more.

Little by little the online radio broadcast earned more and more listeners until finally a major upgrade was required. The station changed it's name to Likwid Radio, upgraded to a higher quality stream, got a professional website and started a weekly live show. After many successful live shows, a few events and thousands of hours of streaming the project was closed down.

Now in 2012 it is time for the return of the underground radio broadcast. Our new broadcast will cater to underground electronic dance music such as house, techno, breaks, dubstep, drum & bass, trance, hardstyle & hardcore. We are planning to launch again very soon but before we do there are a few things we need to get in order.

▶ WHAT WE NEED

• DJs to submit premade mixes for our daily rotation.
• DJs to do live weekly shows.
• DJs/MCs to host talk/interview shows.
• Street teams and promoters.

▶ WHAT WE ARE OFFERING

• 24 full time slots per day. Each time slot is 60 minutes.
• Our broadcast can hold up to 10,000 listeners.
• We broadcast in High Quality.
• All DJs will be setup with a profile page on our website.
• Our station will be available on iphones, android devices and on facebook in the near future.

Please email us your submission package. Please include the following information :
1. Your real name
2. Your dj name
3. Your bio
4. Your logo
5. Your fanpage (facebook, soundcloud, etc)
6. Link to your demo

(please do not attach the demo itself, just upload it somewhere and give us the download link)

If you are selected you will contacted via e-mail. Your profile will be created on the website and you can send up to one 60 minute mix per week. Depending on how full our rotation is your mix may be played from 1 to 4 times per day.
