Commander Tom's WEMF track

Does anyone know what Commander Tom's WEMF track is called? He spun it at the beginning of his WEMF 02 set. Personally I think it's pretty sweet. TripleDecks.com has a real audio sample of it on their CD page: http://www.tripledecks.com/cds along with the other WEMF 02 CDs.

I don't really think there is a track name, on another board Dr. Trance said he (commander tom) spent 8 hours marking the track, and that it would only be played at wemf. I have the cd, but the quality isn't that great.
