This game being made by the creator of wing commander has already passed the $2M crowd-funding goal and has moved onto the stretch goals. Basically if you’re a space sim fan of yore get behind this project, which even in the tech demo (below) already looks beyond amazing.



SP, coop, MP & MMO (ish). Something for everyone. This is of course a PC exclusive, because consoles are about as powerful as my grandma.

yah..slightly interested. not a big fan of space sims. Honestly didn't even like Xwing vs Tie fighter. I duno why...but i didn't.

Wing commander 1 and 2 are awesome. There aren't really any games like them (including later wing commanders) ever. By that I mean certainly not anywhere near as good.

I've never been this excited about a game 2 years before launch, its a looong wait

really impressed that crowd-funding is a bees-dick away from $7 million. ie we're getting everything the dev team could think of when designing the game.

Thanks for posting this! I am a HUGE fan of the Wing Commander series... It kept me from my homework back then but it was well worth it lol

dude, this looks amazing. a huge MMO wing commander/privateer-style game has always been something that i thought should've been made. i hope chris roberts does this right
