Wow, no kidding Kev! Didn't know about Boris, C&C, nor Bailey coming through. All those acts are top notch! Speaking to people at the Sasha show, I got the feeling that the scene is really starting to take off in regards to "real" house and techno. A lot of young professionals there that seem to be past the EDM crap and want something a little more sophisticated...pretty cool to see. Can't really say the same about Orlando.
Sasha at the Kennedy was freakin' jam-packed and it's a decent sized venue, much bigger than Senso in Orlando and that place is the only one that can book acts like those mentioned here in O-town.
And this Adam Beyer show in Tampa is going to be so fucking disgusting that I can't even put it into words, lol! He might be my favorite DJ at the moment, and I've only seen him one time for 30 minutes at 2011 DEMF. Drumcode is the best podcast out there right now -- haven't heard a bad episode yet. Episode 113 is just mesmerizing. Hope he plays that Sasha Carassi track Old Rustle and Robert Guerrero's Bon Voyage...just sick!
