Meditation & Trance

Howdee everyone
this might be a tad long and meandering pointlessly to some but I just gotta say this

It was just last night when I was trying this little combination together and phwwoooarrrrr!!! Its amazing. I've tried these two together before but it's pretty difficult to get the 'feeling' (sorry but can't exactly pin a word on it)

Especially considering that it's done without any narcotic. Has anyone tried this?? It's mighty difficult to JUST LET GO. On drugs it's much more easier, your thoughts run like the river but if your completely normal then it's quite hard to just think NOTHING.

The slightest thought like what song is this or the next song is a thought!! Must discard such things and let the music envelope everything. It's not like sitting on a bus or train listening to trance because breathing is very important I've found. Oh & having minties melt in your mouth is tres good. (my legs are bouncing up & down energy just from writing this)

I was listening to Tiesto's In Search of Sunrise 1 and by the gods, chillls everywhere!! Especially the arms and head. 4th Track - Time gate, phwoooarrr! I think it was the seventh track (I'm not sure) and it was just unbelievable! I've NEVER experience anything like it, the rolling synths (?, dunno but it builds up alright) and I felt NOTHING and my body SHRANK! Honest, no lies whatsoever. That's the best way I can describe the feeling. It wasn't an out of body experience but I just didnt feel my body there until suddenly my thoughts kicked in and then back to normality (or whatever you call it)

Well last night's bit of meditation was definitely something.
Thanks for reading

I know what yer saying...this happens to me when I fall asleep to some nice relaxing trance. You kinda just feel your body almost go numb and every time the melody comes up in the song u just get these chills up your spine. All the thoughts in your head fade away and you're left with just the music. Then you slip into a deep sleep...I love it

I used to do this back in the day before trance music and yes...I loved doing it too...
The previous day melted away and all that was left was me and the music drifting together.

I think the last time I felt the 'letting go' emotion that was discribed was when I last saw AVB.
I dunno; it was hard to discribe.
It was like, I knew I was in a club packed to the rafters with people but for me at that moment, it was me, the DJ, the music and a great sense of happiness. It felt like some sort of Twilight zone experience lol.
I knew it felt wierd but at the same time I was conscience of the fact that it was happening.
I sort of stepped back and asked myself, "What am I feeling?".
All of this transpired in a matter of less than 20-30 seconds I'm sure, but it was a state of bliss I won't soon forget, and I just stood there for a second, looked around, smiled my ass off and danced!
It was great!

Did you know it's possible to reach the state of ecstacy without taking the drug itself?

And yeh, the hardest thing is to not fall into a reverie and let your thoughts fly. The thing is mediattion is not about thinking of nothing. it's about letting your thoughts flow without engaging in them.

Imagine if your thoughts were actors on a stage. Meditation is about watching them, not getting on the stage with them.

hhmm good topic. Trance and meditation. Deeeeeeeep sooooooft trance.
hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
Me like...
