Dude, listen. I know you probably love EDM and want to create something great, something like facebook where people can socialize, but you need to hear this. You can't host a shitty open-source "community software" package on a shared webhost and expect the world to come flocking
I see you are hosted on godaddy shared hosting. Your server IP (50.63.202.18) is shared among 397 other websites! No wonder it's so slow. (check here - http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/w...-on-web-server/) I also see you are running Oxwall (http://www.oxwall.org/), a "social network solution" which is basically a drop-in social community package. If you want to build something great, you have to built it yourself, or highly customize the tools that are out there. Not just re-style them.
This is harsh advice but I recomend you just focus on making a great blog or personal radio site, and not try to engineer a social site. If it's just intended to be for friends, GREAT, keep at it, but don't go posting it all over the 'net
