Moving automation all at once in ableton? (arrange view)

OK this is probably a very basic question but am new to Live & have looked everywhere (Manual & online) and cant seem to get it!

How do i move a bunch of automation all together to move it say 32 bars on the same track? Im used to Logic where you just hold shift while selecting all the automation but cant seem to figure this.

Any help would be great

I've only just started using it but I recall there being a small '+' button where you could show additional automation lanes. Once you have it all showing use the select tool to select the desired range and then copy and paste.
